Our Supervisory Board (SB) has autonomous powers of initiative and control and has the task of supervising the functioning, effectiveness, adequacy and observance of the Model of organisation, management and control of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, including the Code of Ethics of which it is an integral part.
The Supervisory Board is also responsible for collecting information on actual or attempted violations, as well as those potentially in conflict with the Code of Ethics, the Organisation, Management and Control Model, the Articles of Association and the University Regulations. These circumstances must be reported to the Supervisory Board in strict compliance with the procedures indicated in the section "Reports to the Supervisory Board".
