Semester abroad
Semester abroad programmes are open to all students at Università Cattolica and allow students to spend a semester of their academic career abroad, at a partner university. Exams taken abroad may be recognised within the UC study plan. Students are selected on the basis of academic merit and language skills.

Summer programmes and Language courses
With the Summer Programmes it is possible to spend a period of 2 to 8 weeks abroad during the summer at one of our globally top-ranked partner universities and to select exams for which you will be able to apply for ECTS recognition on your return in Italy.
With the language courses abroad programme, it is possible to travel throughout the academic year and improve one or more foreign languages.

Internships and dissertation abroad
An internship experience abroad during a university career is certainly an important advantage to enter into the world of work. UC offers its students and graduates different types of pathways depending on the faculty they belong to.
For the writing of the dissertation, a period of study abroad allows for international research, with scholarships available to support the period abroad.

Virtual programmes
In order to ensure that international programmes can be conducted safely, a number of programmes that can be attended remotely are organised, depending on the international context of the destination countries, if it is impossible to reach the destination.
