Hygienic-behavioural standards to adopt inside the University
- Wash your hands frequently as specified by the Ministry of Health
- Avoid close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections
- Avoid hugs and handshakes
- Maintain an interpersonal distance of at least 1 metre in social contacts
- Practice respiratory hygiene (sneeze and/or cough in a tissue avoiding hand contact with respiratory secretions - in any case hands must be sanitised after such circumstances)
- Avoid communal use of bottles, glasses and other objects that involve contact or close use of the nose or the mouth.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands;
- Cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough;
- Clean surfaces with alcohol or chlorine based sanitisers, if specifically indicated by internal work guidelines connected to the type of activity carried out
- Use appropriate respiratory tract protections as an additional measure to other personal hygiene protection measures (such as surgical masks, unless additional protective equipment or devices are required).
