The programme aims to train psychologists able to carry out clinically oriented interventions to support individuals, groups, organisations and communities.
Particular attention is paid to the methodological aspects of the intervention and to the coordination of the various social and organisational actors involved, in order to take charge in a synergic way of both problematic situations and projects aimed at supporting psychosocial well-being.
Competence
The training specifically supports the development of skills oriented towards
- design interventions from a clinical perspective (diagnostic consultation, training, counselling, participatory planning, applied social research) aimed at individuals, groups, organisations and communities, paying particular attention to the relational processes and cultures that characterise the different actors;
- managing and coordinating the different interlocutors/actors involved in different ways in the interventions;
- monitor and verify the outcomes and effectiveness of the interventions implemented.
