The psychologist experienced in well-being management can work in the following areas:

  • Health sector: management of services and well-being initiatives aimed at preventing and at the promotion of physical and mental health; stress management; cognitive enhancement interventions; management of active ageing projects; rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation.
  • Social sector: management of projects and services for the development of active citizenship competences such as health literacy, financial literacy, safety; interventions to support adulthood; projects and actions to disseminate sustainable behaviour; risk management; crisis and emergency management; resilience development.
  • Educational sector: project management for well-being at school; prevention of discomfort; development of life skills; guidance and life design.
  • Corporate sector: career counselling; assessment and acquisition of soft skills; work-related stress interventions; prevention and management of work burnout; development of adaptability; support for professional repositioning.
  • 'Leisure' sector: physical activity programmes for well-being and empowerment; wellbeing through and in sport; participation in culture and art.
  • Ergonomic and urban planning sector: design of artefacts; consultancy on the design of environments; design of new technologies to support well-being.

Professional outlets can be identified in the following areas:

Graduates will also be able to enter the profession of psychotherapist after registration at psychotherapy schools.
