Media educator
Function in a working context: this figure develops media education projects and with the media in the different contexts of out-of-school education, in support of related educational projects, also of an innovative nature; of training; of services, in support of specific educational intervention projects (multicultural integration, risk prevention in adolescence, support for the frail, for parenting, for the elderly).
Career possibilities: in socio-educational services and local authorities; in complex organisations in the public and private sector; in educational agencies aimed at youth work and gathering, in associations, in the church community.
Digital Animator
Function in a working context: this figure, also envisaged by the National Digital School Plan, works in school and extracurricular contexts, developing e-learning projects, integrating online and offline teaching tools; offering teaching support for students with special educational needs; developing teaching projects in digital learning environments, online platforms, MOOCs and Webinars; collaborating in the digital training of teachers and the dissemination of innovation in their school.
Job opportunities: digital animator in schools, training agencies, educational institutions, extracurricular services.
Pedagogical Consultant for Communication
Function in a work context: this figure collaborates in the processes of conception, realisation and distribution of media products or communicative experiences of an educational or edutainment nature; in the design and realisation of training courses aimed at the most vulnerable people; the design and realisation of training courses for young people and specific target audiences; the institutional, internal and external communication activities of complex organisations.
Job opportunities: in creative industries aimed at children and young people; in cultural and leisure institutions (museums, auditoriums, cultural theme parks, etc.); in complex organisations.
